Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days with every feature and up to 40 guards. No credit card needed to start.
Do guards need to download an app?+
No. Guards open the app in their phone's browser and can add it to their home screen. It works on any iPhone or Android.
How is the price counted?+
By active guards. Office users, clients, sites and client-portal logins are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Any time from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades apply straight away; cancelling stops the next renewal.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?+
Yes, CAD per month. HST is added at checkout.
Who owns our data?+
You do. Your guards, clients, reports and invoices are only visible to your agency, and you can export timesheets, incident registers and reports at any time.
Can you help us move from spreadsheets and WhatsApp?+
